Hi I have one,is probable the least favorite boat I own,sit too low in water, regardless who is in it and there is no room and is not near as fast as you would think,I ran it last summer with a 75 scott, Mine was Jeff buckly's years back, he did the boat in 2000 or so,i will not sell it but it is not one of my users for a while,Better pics at www.Billscars.com under the boat section,That is my opinion any way, Bill
Jerry
How ya doing Rick? Long time. How are you and Dick getting along in the desert? You going to make a mold if you find a U2?

They are cool looking boats though...maybe just to look at. What is the seating issue ?? Does the dash need to be pushed forward ??? One other question are the fins bolted on ?? You sure have a lot of interesting and unique boats.

Thanks,I think they are bolted,if you were doing one it would help to move dash6" or so but I will not cut this one,,also notice all the aluminiom casting on fins and boats that make it a little different,,I like the looks but hate the ride, here is a pic with the merc like they did in the bulletin,,Bill

I'm doing a '59 13 1/2' Classic Barracuda "California Ski Boat" with twin 35 Johnsons. I just started painting the second motor today. It's like a G3 (built in the same town, Sana Anna CA) Still doing funny cars? The retro fuller/funny car thing is hot.

It looks like you could cheat and push the seat back 6 inches and it would be hard to tell. Would like to get a set of fins...if anyone out there has any....

Yes still doing funnycar bodies. Looks like a fun project with your California Ski Boat. The some of the deck and center section looks like it is from a G-3 as you mentioned.

No problem if he wants it to look like this.

Those are obviously lesser boats that don't have 1/4" thick glass transoms.
